A whole body workout, without tension! This class combines established principles in various physical training systems (such as pilates, yoga, cardio, etc.), easy vocal work, and incorporates mindful practice in self-awareness and adaptability. All the exercises can be modified to accommodate any individual physical needs and/or limitations. Wear comfortable, moveable clothes, sneakers are optional, bring water, yoga mat (if you have one) and a towel, also a relatively clear work space, but it doesn't have to be big. This class is open to everyone, zoom video is an option that can be turned off!
